Blogging looks to be fun! But bloggers are so influenced by blogging that they dont get time to do any other extra work.Bloggers miss many activities like social activities,enjoying weekends,playing outdoor games,a dinner with friends and so on! These activities might look casual but they help us a lot it might be in the view of health or in the view of social life.Health problems are major issues faced by many bloggers.We all know that “Health is Wealth” but this time it might need a small change “Health is Blogging”So there are some heath measures which can be taken by bloggers to overcome health illness or stress.
Physical Exercise:
A must and useful activity for bloggers.Daily exercise helps your body system like Blood circulation system,Respiratory system,Digestive system become stronger and healthier.You can even do Yoga to relieve from stress.You can get a peaceful mind with exercise and yoga.
Maintain your Social Life:
It is one important thing that should not be missed by any blogger.Social life increases your relationships and more.Try to go and meet your family members and friends apart from meeting them online with the help of social networking like Facebook,Orkut,etc.Have a weekend with your friends or family members.This indirectly helps you relieve from stress.
Time Management:
Time is precious so make most of it.Time management is the must and should activity for bloggers,without they can’t maintain time and this may led to lack of time for them.Normally,few bloggers sometimes doesn’t even sleep in some nights and spend their time in blogging.They will work noon and they love to wake-up in noon,this may create several health problems.So,maintain your daily schedule properly.Wake up soon and goto bed early.Early to wake-up and early to bed is useful theory for any blogger.
Outdoor Games:
Bloggers need physical stabilty.Outdoor games may help bloggers to get physical stability.If you are a fan of cricket,soccer or any other sport other than watching live scores from your favourite websites or playing them in an online games website try to go out and play them.This not only helps you to get physical stability but it also helps you in maintaining your social life as you are meeting your real friends to play.Playing outdoor games may be a part of daily exercise.
